No. We take on care plan clients whose sites were built by other developers, as long as the site is on WordPress and meets basic security standards. We do a quick site review first to make sure we can support it properly.
No long-term contracts. Care plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month by doing good work. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Content support hours cover small tasks like updating text, swapping images, adding a team member, updating business hours, and other routine changes. Hours do not roll over, but most clients find the allotment more than enough for routine maintenance.
If your site is hacked while on a care plan, we clean and restore it at no extra charge. This is one of the biggest reasons to have a plan, because hack cleanup without a prior backup can cost hundreds or more at an emergency rate.
